قروز ودادإشراف الدكتور : مسعودي علي2024-12-032024-12-032022http://dspace.cuillizi.dz/handle/123456789/140الكلمات المفتاحية: استثمار في رأس المال البشري، رأس المال البشري، أداء تنافسي Keywords: Investment in human capital, human capital, competitive performance.ملخص الدراسة لرأس المال البشري أهمية كبيرة في الاقتصاد العالمي حيث أصبح من أكثر العناصر الواجب الاستثمار فيها، وهذا ما جعل الشركات تسعى إلى الاستثمار فيه والاستفادة منه، بما يؤمن لها فرص لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية والاستمرار في نشاطها. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف معرفة أثر الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري على تعزيز الأداء التنافسي في الشركة الاقتصادية. وذلك بدراسة حالة شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز ولاية إيليزي، حيث تم إعداد استبيان ووزع على موظفين هذه الأخيرة، ومن ثم معالجة البيانات والمعلومات ببرنامج SPSS . اعتمدت الدراسة المنهجين التحليلي و الوصفي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن رأس المال البشري أحد أهم وسائل تعزيز الأداء التنافسي في الشركات أو المنظمات الحديثة ولا غنى لهذه الشركات أو المنظمات من اللجوء إلى الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري بغرض تدعيم عملية تعزيز الأداء، تسمح الكفاءة البشرية بتحقيق الرؤية الشمولية للشركة من خلال تشخيص العوامل الداخلية والخارجية لها، الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري أمر محتوم على الشركات لا يمكن تجاهله، تتبنى شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز محل الدراسة فكرة الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري. تهتم الشركة محل الدراسة بتحسين أدائها التنافسي. Study Summary Human capital has gained significant importance in the global economy, becoming one of the most critical assets to invest in. This has prompted companies to seek investment and benefit from it, thereby securing competitive advantages and ensuring their continued operations. This study aims to investigate the impact of investing in human capital on enhancing the competitive performance of economic entities. A case study was conducted on the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in Illizi, where a questionnaire was distributed to employees. The collected data was then analyzed using SPSS software, employing both analytical and descriptive methods. The study found that human capital is a cornerstone for enhancing competitive performance in modern companies and organizations. These entities cannot afford to neglect investing in human capital to bolster their performance. Human competence enables the company to achieve its overall vision by diagnosing internal and external factors. Investment in human capital is imperative for companies, and the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company under study has adopted this approach.
