Keywords : Homicide; Injury; Traffic Code; Enhancement; Penalty.الملخص : أدخل المشرع الجزائري عدة تعديلات على قانون المرور لمواجهة ظاهرة الإرتفاع المستمر لجرائم القــــتــل أو الجرح غير العمدي على اعتبار أنه أداة هامة في هذه المواجهة، بحيث تضمن في كل مرة تشديدا في العقوبات عن هذه الجرائم في حالات معينة وخاصة عند مخالفة قواعد قانون المرور، وذلك بهدف تحقيق الردع عن هذه المخالفات من جهة والردع عن جرائم القتل أو الجرح غير العمدي من جهة أخرى، وإن كانت الإحصائيات تفيد تذبذبا في تحقيق هذه الأهداف . Abstract : The Algerian legislator has made several amendments to the Traffic Code to deal with the phenomenon of the continuous increase in crimes of unintentional homicide or unintentional injury; as the said code is an important tool in this struggle. The Traffic Code enhances, each time, penalties for these offenses in certain cases, in particular in the event of driving offenses, with the aim of dissuading offenders, on the one hand, and with the aim of to achieve deterrence for crimes of unintentional homicide or unintentional injury, on the other hand; although statistics indicate fluctuations in the achievement of these objectives.otherThesis
