Abstract The study aims to determine the extent of the contribution of ratios and indicators of activity development in evaluating the financial performance of the Promotion and Real Estate Management Office (Diwan El-Tarqia Wal-Tasmeer Al-Aqari) by utilizing a set of information from the financial statements for the years 2018 to 2021. This is done to analyze the financial performance and activity development of the Promotion and Real Estate Management Office. The study reached the following results, like The Illizi Promotion and Real Estate Management Office relies on financial analysis and focuses on financial ratios and activity development indicators to measure and evaluate its financial performance and Financial ratios and activity development indicators contribute to measuring and evaluating the financial performance of the Illizi Promotion and Real Estate Management Office (OPGI) also The Illizi Promotion and Real Estate Management Office utilizes activity development ratios in its financial performance, with a focus on value-added ratio and business development. • We also concluded that the business development ratio effectively contributes to evaluating the financial performance of the Promotion and Real Estate Management Office in Illizi.otherThesis
