Keywords: IAS8, financial statements, economic institution.الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة الأثر المحاسبي لتطبيق المعيار المحاسبي الدولي الثامن في الكشوفات المالية للمؤسسة الإقتصادية ، حيث تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري،بولاية اليزي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اعتماد على المعلومات التي تم جمعها عن طريق المقابلة الشخصية كأداة اولية، ودراسة الكشوفات المالية للمؤسسة ومعرفة الأثر المحاسبي لتطبيق المعيار الدولي المحاسبي الثامن. خلصت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج اهمها ان تطبيق المعيارالمحاسبي الدولي الثامن يخدم المؤسسات ذات العلاقة مع المؤسسة بإعطائهم نظرة صادقة وواضحة عن الوضعية المالية الحقيقية للمؤسسة وتدفات نفقاتها و إراداتها، بالإضافة إلى ان المعيار المحاسبي الدولي رقم8 مكمل للمعايير الأخرى مثل المعيار المحاسبي الدولي رقم 12 فاي آثار ضريبية تحدث نتيجة تطبيق المعيار8 يتطلب معالجة وفقه. Summary: This study aims to find out the accounting impact of applying the eighth international accounting standard in the financial statements of the economic institution, where a field study was conducted at the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management, in the wilaya of Illizi, and to achieve this goal, information collected through personal interviews was relied upon as a primary tool, and the statements were studied The financial institution and knowledge of the accounting impact of the application of the eighth international accounting standard.
