Key words :consumer _economic interventions _consumer contractual rights.أصبح مصطلح المستهلك في الوقت الراهن حديث الساعة ، نتيجة للتطور الذي عرفته الأسواق من ظهور لمنتجات في منتهى الخطورة، الشيء الذي أثر على حقوقه البسيطة عند إقتناء السلع. و يستعمل المتدخلون الإقتصاديون لتسويق أكبر قدر من المنتجات جميع وسائل الغش و الخداع ،و نتيجة لضعف المركز القانوني و نقص وعي المستهلك يضطر لإبرام مختلف العقود اليومية. و في سبيل تحقيق التوازن العقدي بين الطرفين لجأ المشرع لإصدار مجموعة من القوانين حماية لحقوق المستهلك التعاقدية. The term consumer has become at the present time, the talk of the hour as a result of the development that the markets have known from the emergence of extremly dangerous products wich affected his simple rights when purcchasing commodities. The economic deserters use all means of fraid and deceit to market the largest amount of products ,as a result of the weak legal status and lack of aworness of the consumer, he is forced to conclude various contracts.
