Key words: Entrepreneurial Attributes, Entrepreneurial Orientation, Entrepreneurial Skills.الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر السمات الشخصية على التوجه المقاولاتي لدى طلبة الماستر بالمركز الجامعي اليزي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 58) طالب وطالبة من مستوى الماستر بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية بالمركز الجامعي اليزي، وتوصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لإبعاد السمات الشخصية ( السمات والمهارات المقاولاتية) على التوجه المقاولاتي لدى طلبة الماستر بالمركز الجامعي اليزي، كما أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للتوجه المقاولاتي تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية للطلبة. Abstract This study aims to identify the impact of personal characteristics on the entrepreneurial orientation of the masters students at the illizi University Center, and the sample of the study consisted of (58) male and female students from the master’s level in the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the illizi University Center. Personal attributes (entrepreneurial attributes and skills) on the entrepreneurial orientation of master students at the illizi University Center, and there are no statistically significant differences in the entrepreneurial orientation due to the students' personal variables.otherThesis
