Key words: Change; Organizational Change; Technological Change; Resistance of Change; Organizational Performance.الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة أثر مقاومة التغيير التنظيمي والتكنولوجي على أداء المنظمة، ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان من أجل جمع بيانات تخص عينة مكونة من 35 موظف بمؤسسة الكهرباء والغاز والطاقات المتجددة بإيليزي. تمت معالجة بيانات المجمعة ببرنامج (26-SPSS)، وبعد تحليل وتفسير اجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة واختبار الفرضيات توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباط طردي قوي بين مقاومة التغيير والأداء التنظيمي للمنظمة، كما تؤثر مقاومة التغيير بجميع أبعادها على الأداء التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. إضاقة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق في مستوى مقاومة التغيير حسب المتغيرات الشخصية لأفراد عينة الدراسة.
