Keywords: Financial analysis, financial diagnosis, financial ratios, financial lists.الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان مدى مساهمة النسب المالية كإحدى أدوات التحليل المالي في تشخيص الوضعية المالية للصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء وكالة ايليزي، ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم معالجة وتحليل القوائم المالية للسنوات 2017 و 2018 للصندوق، باستخدام النسب المالية. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم اهتمام إدارة الصندوق بالتحليل المالي وأساليبه وما يقدمه من معلومات كمؤشرات كمية حول أداء المؤسسة، باعتباره وسيلة فعالة في ترشيد القرارات والسياسات والخطط وتقييما شاملا لجميع عمليات التي يقوم بها. Abstract: This study aims to demonstrate to what extent financial ratios as a financial analysis tool contribute to the diagnosis of the financial situation of the National Social Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers of illizi, and in order to achieve the objective of the study the financial statements for 2017 and 2018 were discussed and analyzed for the fund, using the financial ratios. The study revealed that Fund management was not interested in financial analysis, methods and quantitative indicators of organizational performance as an effective means of rationalizing decisions, policies and plans and comprehensively assess all of its operations.otherThesis
