| dc.description.abstract | ملخص الدراسة تهدف دراستنا إلىابراز أهمية رقمنة فيمصلحة الضرائب بولاية إيليزي وورقلة ودورها في الرفع من تحصيل الضريبي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة من موظفي مصلحة الضرائب بولايتي ورقلة وايليزي، ولتحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS V26نسخة 2022، وخلصتالدراسة إلىأن رقمنة مصلحة الضرائب يقلل الجهد ويسهل إجراءات الاكتتاب على المكلف مما يرفع من التحصيل الضريبي. كما أن مصلحة الضرائب لكل من ولايتي ايليزي وورقلة مؤهلة لتطبيق الرقمنة في معاملاتها الضريبية مع المكلفين، واستخدام الرقمنة في معاملاتها مع المكلفينيؤدي إلى توسيع الوعاء الضريبي ومنه زيادة التحصيل الضريبي. Summary The study aimed to highlight the importance of digitalization in the tax authority of the Illizi and Ouargla provinces and its role in increasing tax collection. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of employees of the tax authority in the provinces of Ouargla and Illizi. The data obtained was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS V26) software version 2022. The study concluded that digitalization of the tax authority reduces effort and facilitates the subscription procedures for taxpayers, thereby increasing tax collection. Additionally, the tax authority in both Illizi and Ouargla provinces is qualified to implement digitalization in its tax transactions with taxpayers, and the use of digitalization in its dealings with taxpayers leads to an expansion of the tax base, thereby increasing tax collection. | |
