| dc.description.abstract | الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح دور العوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية في تعزيز التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة في ولاية ايليزي، حيث تم التركيز على المرأة الصحراوية العاملة، كونها تعاني من بعض الصعوبات في الانخراط في المجال الاقتصادي، وعدم ادراكها للفرص المتاحة لها واستغلالها. لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان، وزع على60 امرأة عاملة في القطاع العام والقطاع الخاص وصاحبات المشاريع الخاصة بولاية إيليزي. بعد تحليل وتفسير إجابات نساء العينة وكذا اختبار الفرضيات، تم التوصل إلى أنً هناك ارتباط قوي بين العوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية ودرجة التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة، وكذلك تحظى نساء العينة بدرجة كبيرة من التمكين الاقتصادي، كما تم التوصل إلى أنًه لا يوجد اختلاف بين درجة التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة والمتغيرات الشخصية لولاية ايليزي. Abstract: This study aims to clarify the role of social and economic factors in enhancing women's economic empowerment in the state of Illizi. The focus was on working Sahrawi women, as they face difficulties in engaging in economic activities and lack awareness of available opportunities for their utilization. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire tool was used, distributed to 60 working women in the public sector, private sector, and women entrepreneurs in the state of Illizi. After analyzing and interpreting the sample women's responses and testing the hypotheses, it was found that there is a strong correlation between social and economic factors and the degree of women's economic empowerment. The sample women also showed a high level of economic empowerment. Additionally, it was concluded that there is no difference in the degree of women's economic empowerment and personal variables in the state of Illizi. | |
