Abstract
الملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور نظم التسيير في الإدارة الحديثة في تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية ببلدية ايليزي، حيث تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات حول متغيرات الدراسة على عينة الدراسة قصد معالجتها احصائيا، حيث تم توزيع 33 استبانة على الموظفين ببلدية ايليزي، وقد تم الاعتماد على برنامج التحليل الاحصائي SPSS لتحليل البيانات واختبار مدى صحة فرضيات الدراسة، حيث توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى:
- مستوى نظم التسيير في الإدارة الحديثة ببلدية ايليزي هو بدرجة منخفضة.
- مستوى تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية ببلدية ايليزي هو بدرجة منخفضة.
- لا تساهم ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 لنظم التسيير في الإدارة الحديثة في تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية.
- لا تساهم ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 لنظم التسيير في الإدارة الحديثة في تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية حسب بعد المتطلبات التقنية.
- لا تساهم ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 لنظم التسيير في الإدارة الحديثة في تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية حسب بعد المتطلبات الادارية.

obstrak:
This study aimed to know the role of management systems in modern management in implementing electronic administration in the municipality of Illizi. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data about the variables of the study on the study sample in order to treat it statistically. 33 questionnaires were distributed to employees in the municipality of Illizi, and the program was relied upon. SPSS statistical analysis to analyze the data and test the validity of the study’s hypotheses. The results of the study reached:
- The level of management systems in modern administration in the municipality of Illizi is low.
- The level of application of electronic administration in the municipality of Illizi is low.
- The management systems in modern administration do not contribute statistically significantly at the level of 0.05 to the application of electronic management.
- The management systems in modern administration do not contribute statistically significantly at the level of 0.05 to the application of electronic management according to the technical requirements dimension.
- The management systems in modern administration do not contribute statistically significantly at the level of 0.05 to the application of electronic management according to the administrative requirements dimension.
- The management systems in modern administration do not contribute statistically significantly at the level of 0.05 to the application of electronic management according to the human requirements dimension.
