| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : إن جريمة الهجرة غير الشرعية و جريمة تهريب المهاجرين،أصبحتمن ضمن الجرائم محل اهتمامات جل دول العالم، لما نتج عنها من تحديات أثرت سلبا على أمن واستقرار الدول المستقبلة بالدرجة، هذه الظاهرة المستحدثة أدت إلى انتشار العديد من الجرائم أهمها جريمة الاتجار بالبشر والأخطر من ذلك الجريمة الإرهابية، فرغم للجهود الدولية والوطنية في التصدي لهذه الجريمة غير أن هذه الأخيرة في تزايد وتطور مستمر نتيجة لتكاثف عدة أسباب أهمها الأوضاع الاقتصادية والأمنية التي تعاني منها جل شعوب الدول، الأمر الذي يحتاج إلى إعادة للنظر في جل هذه السياسات المنتهجة وبخطة جديدة تتماشى والأوضاع الحالية تعتمد على دراسة متأنية للأسباب هذه الجريمة Abstrac: The crime of illegal immigration and migrant smuggling has become one of the crimes That attract theattention of Most countries around the world, due to the challenges It poses to the Security and stability of host countries. This emerging phenomenon has led to the spread of several associated crimes, Most notably humane trafficking, and even more dangerously, terrorisme. Dépite international and national efforts to combat This crime, it continues to grow and evolve due to the convergence of several factors, primarily the economic and Security hardships suffered by the populations of many countries, which push individuals to seek escape from their difficult realities. This situation calls for a reassessment of the current policies adopted to address illegal immigration and migrant smuggling, and the développent of a new, compréhensivestratégie That aligns with present-Day realities and is based on a thorough study of the root causes of This crime. | |
