إبراهيم إبراهيميعبد العزيز علي بوخيرةإشراف الدكتور : بوضياف عمر عبد اللطيف2024-12-032024-12-032024http://dspace.cuillizi.dz/handle/123456789/131الكلمات المفتاحية: نزاع – إدارة النزاعات – إستقرار وظيفي Conflict - conflict management - job stability :Keywordالملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فعالية إدارة النزاعات في تحقيق الإستقرار الوظيفي في الشركة الوطنية للآبار, حيث تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي, ولإختبار صحة الفرضيات المطروحة تم توزيع إستبانة على عينة من العمال في الشركة محل الدراسة, حيث بلغ عددهم 50 موظف تم إختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية, وقد تم إعتماد برنامج التحليل الإحصائي لتحليل البيانات المحصل عليها وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: يؤثر النزاع على الإستقرار الوظيفي وحل النزاعات في وقتها ومنع تفاقمها سبيل لتحقيق الإستقرار الوظيفي ويجب وضع القوانين مع الصرامة في تطبيقها لتجنب النزاع في الشركة ويجب المحافظة على التواصل الجيد بين العمال لوصول التعليمات بسرعة وتجنب نشوب النزاع ورضا العمال عن عملهم في الشركة وإحساس العمال بالإستقرار النفسي والإجتماعي في الشركة. Abstract The study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of conflict management in achieving job stability in the National Wells Company, where the descriptive and analytical approach was used, and to test the validity of the proposed hypotheses, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of workers in the company under study, as their number reached 50 employees who were chosen randomly. A statistical analysis program was adopted :to analyze the data obtained, and the study reached the following results Conflict affects job stability. Resolving conflicts in a timely manner and preventing their aggravation is a way to achieve job stability. Laws must be put in place with strictness in their application to avoid conflict in the company. Good communication must be maintained between workers so that instructions can arrive quickly and avoid the outbreak of conflict. Workers must be satisfied with their work in the company and the workers feel psychologically and socially stable.otherThesis
