    اثر الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في تحسين الاداء المؤسسي -دراسة حالة شركة الكهرباء و الغاز ب ايليزي خلال سنة 2023

    المُلخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر الرشاقة الإستراتيجية بأبعادها المختلفة (وضوح الرؤية، القدرات الجوهرية، اختيار الأهداف الإستراتيجية، التشارك في المسؤولية) في الأداء المؤسسي لشركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بمدينة إليزي، ولتحقيق ذلك تم توزيع استبانة شملت (60) استمارة على العاملين بالمؤسسة، حيث كانت (42) استمارة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي باستخدام برنامج spss27 للعلوم الاجتماعية، وقد تم تطبيق مجموعة من الاختبارات الإحصائية كالإرتباط والإنحدار البسيط. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد الرشاقة الإستراتيجية مجتمعة للأداء المؤسسي، كما أن بعد القدرات الجوهرية هو من يحقق الأثر الأكبر من نتائج التحليل باستخدام الإرتباط والإنحدار المتعدد. Abstract This study aims to determine the impact of strategic agility in its dimensions (clarity of vision, core capabilities, selection of strategic goals, shared responsibility) on the institutional performance of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation in Illizi City, and to achieve this, a questionnaire of (60) questionnaires was distributed to the employees of the corporation, so it was (42) valid for analysis, which represents the random sample of the study, to be processed using the SPSS27 statistical package for social sciences, and the model was tested by applying a set of statistical tests such as multiple regression and simple regression. The study concluded with several results, the most important of which is the presence of a statistically significant effect of the combined strategic agility dimensions on institutional performance, and that the core capabilities dimension is the one that achieves the effect based on the results of the multiple regression analysis.
