    أثر التجارة الإلكترونية على التحصيل الضريبي

    ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أثر التجارة الالكترونية على التحصيل الضريبي، و لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إجراء مقابلات مع العديد من موظفي مصلحة الضرائب في كل من ولايتي عنابة و ايليزي. و خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التجارة الالكترونية تلعب دورا هاما في زيادة الإيرادات الضريبية، كما أن هناك بعض الصعوبات تعترض مصلحة الضرائب في تحديد المكلفين الناشطين في التجارة الالكترونية مما يصعب من مأمورية فرض الضرائب عليهم. : Abstract This study aimed to clarify the impact of e- commerce on tax collection.To achieve the study's goal, interviews were conducted with several Tax Authority emplyees in both the states of Annaba and Illizi. The study concluded that e-commerce plays an important role in increasing tax revenues, and that there are some difficulties facing the Tax Authority in identifying tax payers active in e-commerce, which makes it difficult to impose taxes on them.
