    مرتكزات الإدارة الرشيقة وأثرها في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي للمؤسسة الإقتصادية

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واحدة من بين الأساليب الحديثة في عالم إدارة الأعمال ويتعلق الأمر بالإدارة الرشيقة وما لها من تأثير في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية، من خلالراسةمدى مساهمة مرتكزات الإدارة الرشيقة في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي، وقد تم في هذه الدراسة الاعتماد على المنهج متكامل جمع بين الوصفي والتاريخيوالتطبيقي لتحقيق هذا الهدف، وذلك بدراسة حالةشركة إنتاج الكهرباء والطاقات المتجددة وحدة إيليزي، من خلال توزيع استبانة لجمع البيانات وكان عدد الاستبانات القابلة للتحليل 171 استمارة،ومن ثم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج Spss27، كما تم أيضا تحليل كفاءة محطات الإنتاج التابعة لوحدة ايليزي انطلاقاً من بيانات شملت الفترة من سنة 2017 إلى غاية سنة 2022، حيث تم جمع البيانات عن طريق المقابلة وتقارير المؤسسة، ثم تحليلها بالاعتماد على أسلوب تحليل مغلف البيانات DEAP.21. خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية بين مرتكزات الإدارة الرشيقة والتميز التنظيمي حيث قدر معامل الارتباط بيرسون بـ 80%، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر لمرتكزات الإدارة الرشيقة في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي وان مرتكز العاملين متعددي الوظائفومرتكز التحسين المستمر هما من حققا أفضل معامل تأثير بمقدار 0.329 و0.233 على التوالي، من جهة أخرى أثبت تحليل الكفاءة أن متوسط الكفاءة الكلية لهذه الفترة وصل إلى 88.9%في عوائد الحجم الثابتة و98.8% في عوائد الحجم المتغيرة، أما الكفاءة الحجمية فقد وصلت 90.1%، وهو ما يعبر على أن نسبة التوسع في إستغلال الموارد المتاحة تصل إلى 9.9%. This study aims to shed light on one of the modern methods in the world of business administration, which is related to lean management and its impact in achieving organizational excellence for the economic enterprise. By studing the extent of contribution of the pillars of lean management to achieves organizational excellence. In this study, we relied on an integrated approach that combined descriptive and historical to achieve this goal, the case study method was relied upon, represented by the Electricity and Renewable Energy Production Company, the illizi unit, by distributing a questionnaire to collect data, the number of which was 171, and then analyzing using the Spss27program, the efficiency of the production staions of the illizi unitbwas also analyzed dased on data covering the period from 2017 to 2022 , where data was collected through interviews and company reports, and then analyzed based on the DEAP.21 (data envelopment analysis method). The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which was the existence of strong correlation between the pillars of lean management and achieving organizational excellence, as pearson’s correlation estimed 80%; the results also showed the impact of lean management pillars in achyiving organizational excellence, and the the multi-functionland continuous improvement pillars achived the best impact factors of 0.329 and 0.233 respectively, on the other hand, the efficiency analysis proved that the average total efficiency for this period reached 88.9% in fixed returns to scale and 98.8% in variable returns to scale. As for the efficiency of scale, it reached 90.1%, which expresses that the rate of expansion in exploitation of available resources reaches 9.9%.
