| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى أهمية المشاريع والقيمة الزمنية للنقود في اليوم قبل المستقبل في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، بناء على هذا حاولنا تحديد المفاهيم المتعلقة القيمة الزمنية للمال ومدى انعكاساته على المشاريع الاستثمارية وكيفية دراسة جدوى المشاريع الاقتصادي واتخاذ القرار، ولتجسيد هدا في الواقع قمنا باختيار مؤسسة أليانس للتأمينات الفرع الجهوي في باتنة للدراسة لتقييم مدى جدوى المشاريع الاقتصادية وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجزء النظري ومنهج دراسة حالة في الجزء التطبيقي، وذلك اعتماد على أداة المقابلة الشخصية، إضافة الى الاطلاع على الوثائق المقدمة من طرف مؤسسة أليانس لتأمينات ومن خلال الدراسة تم التوصل الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: _ ان احتساب القيمة الزمنية للنقود يشكل عاملا حاسما في تقييم المشاريع الاستثمارية بدقة. ويمنع الوقوع في قرارات مبنية على بيانات نقدية غير واقعية. _ ضرورة تعميم استخدام أدوات التحليل المالي الحديثة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية وتحديث نماذج التقييم. This study aims to understand the importance of projects and the time value of money in today's economy versus the future. Based on this, we sought to define the concepts related to the time value of money and its impact on investment projects, as well as how to study the economic feasibility of projects and decision-making. To embody this in practice, we selected the Alliance Insurance Regional Branch in Batna for the study to assess the feasibility of economic projects. We relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical part and the case study approach in the practical part, relying on the personal interview tool, in addition to reviewing the documents provided by Alliance Insurance. Through the study, we reached a set of results, the most important of which are: - Calculating the time value of money is a crucial factor in accurately evaluating investment projects. It prevents decisions based on unrealistic financial data. - The need to generalize the use of modern financial analysis tools in economic institutions and update.s | |
