تشكل اليوم تحديا كبيرا تتخلله العديد من المعوقات وتحول دون حه أو تجسيده، وهذا يستدعي تكاثف
الجهود من أجل إيجاد السبل لتفاديها وتهيئة البيئة التي يتواجد فيها وعدم تطبيقها دفعة واحدة لأنه يؤدي إلى
ظهور خلل في إستراتجية التطبيق ،فلابد من توفير الظروف والمناخ الملائم سيما مسألة الأمن المعلوماتي
والحماية التقنية والقانونية .
Abstract
Rapid technological advancements have an endless trajectory, with the transition from an assetbased economy to an information and data-driven economy aimed at improving, modernizing, and
digitizing services. However, electronic payment methods now pose a significant challenge, fraught
with numerous obstacles that hinder their success or implementation. This necessitates concerted
efforts to find ways to overcome these challenges and prepare the environment in which they can be
implemented. Implementing them all at once is counterproductive, as it can lead to flaws in the
application strategy. Therefore, it is essential to provide the appropriate conditions and climate,
particularly regarding information security, technical protection, and legal safeguards.
