Abstract
ملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دور وسائل الإلكترونية في تنشيط المبيعات في مؤسسة موبيليس بولاية إيليزي. من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات ، و شمل عينة مكونة من 31 موظف ، بعد تحليل وتفسير النتائج واختبار الفرضيات ، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة تمتاز بوجود علاقة قوية وموجبة بين تطبيق وسائل الدفع الالكترونية وتنشيط المبيعات، إضافة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق وسائل الدفع الالكتروني ( التحول من نظام الدفع التقليدي إلى الالكتروني، وسائل الدفع الالكتروني، النقود الالكتروني) والجنس ، العمر، المستوى التعليمي، المستوى الوظيفي و سنوات الأقدمية؛ كما بينت الدراسة أن وسائل تؤثر بشكل إيجابي في تنشيط المبيعات.
Abstract:
This study aims at the role of electronic means in stimulating sales in the Mobilis Corporation in the state of Illizi. In order to achieve this goal, a questionnaire was used to collect data, and it included a sample consisting of: 31 employees, After analyzing and interpreting the results and testing hypotheses, the study concluded that the institution under study is characterized by the existence of a strong and positive relationship between the application of electronic payment methods and the activation of sales, in addition to that there are no statistically significant differences between the application of electronic payment methods (the transition from the traditional payment system to the electronic one, Electronic payment methods, electronic money, gender, age, educational level, job level, and years of seniority; the study also showed that payment methods have a positive effect on sales activation.
