| dc.description.abstract | الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر الاتصال الداخلي على الأداء الوظيفي لدى موظفين شركة الكهرباء والغاز الوطنية بولاية إيليزي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم توزيع استبانة الدراسة على 72 موظف وقد تمت معالجتها بواسطة برنامج )SPSS V.26( واختبار نموذج الدراسة وفرضياته بواسطة نموذج الانحدار الخطي البسيط. خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود أثر موجب قوي وذو دلالة إحصائية للاتصال الداخلي على فعالية الأداء الوظيفي. This study aims to determine the impact of internal communication on the job performance of the employees of the National Electricity and Gas Company in the state of Illizi, and to achieve this goal, the study questionnaire was distributed to 56 employees, and it was processed by the (SPSS V.26) program, and the study model and its hypothesis was tested by a simple linear regression model . The study concluded with several results, the most important of which is the presence of a strong and statistically significant positive effect of internal communication on the effectiveness of job performance. | |
