    أثر إدارة المعرفة على عملية صنع القرارات الإدارية

    الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة أثر إدارة المعرفة على عملية صنع القرارات الادارية من وجهة نظر موظفي ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري بولاية إيليزي. ولتحقيق ذلك، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي للتعريف بمتغيرات الدراسة والمنهج التحليلي لتحليل الجداول وتفسير النسب والارقام المستنتجة، وتمت الاستعانة باستبيان لغرض جمع البيانات الميدانية من أفراد عينة الدراسة، والتي بلغت 40 موظفا من مجتمع الدراسة، حيث استرجع 35 استبيان صالح للتحليل. كما تم الاعتماد على برنامج SPSS V.25‏ لاستخراج النتائج. خلصت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للمعرفة الصريحة والضمنية التي يمتلكها موظفو ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري على عملية صنع القرارات الإدارية. وذلك لعدم معنوية كل من المتغيرين عند مستوى 5% إذن فعملية صنع القرارات الادارية تفسره متغيرات أخرى لم تدرج في النموذج، كما اظهرت النتائج كذلك قيام موظفو ديوان الترقية بتأجيل صنع بعض القرارات بالرغم من أهميتها وهذا يعد مؤشر ضعف لهذه الدواوين. Abstract This study aims to find out the impact of knowledge management on the administrative decision-making process from the point of view of the employees of the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management in ILLIZI Province. To achieve this, the descriptive approach was used to define the variables of the study and the analytical approach to analyze the tables and interpret the inferred ratios and numbers, and a questionnaire was used for the purpose of collecting field data from the study sample, which amounted to 40 employees from the study population in a random manner, as 35 valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis. The SPSS v.25 program was also relied upon to extract the results. The study concluded that there is no statistically significant effect of the explicit and implicit knowledge possessed by the employees of the Office of Real Estate Promotion and Management on the administrative decision-making process. This is due to the insignificance of each of the two variables at the level of 5%. Therefore, the administrative decision-making process is explained by other variables that were not included in the model. The results also showed that the employees of the Promotion Bureau postponed making some decisions despite their importance, and this is an indicator of weakness for these offices
