    تحليل واقع تجارة المقايضة ودورها في تنمية المناطق الحدودية بالجزائر

    الملخص: تجارة المقايضة بالمناطق الحدودية نشاط تسعى الدولة من خلاله إلى سد فجوة الطلب المحلي وفتح أسواق لتصريف المنتجات المحلية من خلال الصادرات بالإضافة إلى تعزيز علاقات التعاون الاقتصادي مع دول الجوار ودفع عجلة التنمية بالشريط الحدودي مع دول الساحل الافريقي، التي تعتبر رهان وتحدي استراتيجي تواجهه الدولة الجزائرية في الوقت الراهن، ولمعرفة دور تجارة المقايضة في تنمية المناطق الحدودية عالجت هذه الدراسة اشكالية رئيسية تتمثل في: ما دور تجارة المقايضة في تنمية المناطق الحدودية الجزائرية؟ وذلك من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي للبينات والمعطيات المتوفرة لدراسة الحالة خلال الفترة ما بين سنتي 2021 و 2022، ولقد تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن تجارة المقايضة تعتبر نشاط ذو أبعاد استراتيجية تتمثل في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والسياسي والأمني لهذه المناطق بالإضافة الى تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي بين الجزائر ودول الجوار. Abstract: Barter trade in border areas is an activity through which the state seeks to fill the gap in domestic demand and open markets for the sale of local products through exports, in addition to strengthening cooperative relations economic development with neighboring countries and to advance the development of the border strip. With African Sahelian countries, which is considered a bet and a strategic challenge for the Algerian state at present, and to know the role of barter in the development of border areas, this study addressed a major problem represented in: What is the role of barter in the development of Algerian border areas? This is done through the use of the descriptive and analytical approach of the evidence and data available for the case study during the period between the years 2021 and 2022, and it was concluded through this study that the barter trade is an activity with strategic dimensions represented in achieving the economic, social, political and security growth of these regions in addition to strengthening economic cooperation between Algeria and neighboring countries
