ملخص:
تهدفهذهالدراسةإلىإبرازدور الحوكمة في رفع كفاءة مصرفي البركة والسلام الجزائريين، والتي يتوجب عليهما تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة. ولما كانت الكفاءة المصرفية المحدد المباشر لنجاح المصارف الإسلامية وتدعيم مراكزها التنافسية، فقد تم دراسة وتحليل أثر الحوكمة على مؤشر الكفاءة التشغيلية على هذين المصرفين.
وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة الىمجموعةمنالنتائجأهمها:
- التعرف على العوامل المحددة أو المفسرة للكفاءة التشغيلية في.المصارف الإسلامية.
- يعتبر كل من بنكي البركة والسلام الجزائريين ذوي كفاءة تشغيلية جيدة من خلال قدرتهما على توليد أرباح بتكاليف قليلة وذلك بتحكمهم في كفاءة الأرباح وكفاءة التكاليف.
Abstract:
This study aims to highlight the role of governance in raising the efficiency of Al Baraka and Al Salam Banks of Algeria, which must apply governance principles. Since banking, efficiency is the direct determinant of the success of Islamic banks and strengthening their competitive positions, the impact of governance on the operational efficiency index of these two banks was studied and analyzed.
This study reached a set of results, the most important of which are:
- Identifying the factors that determine or explain operational efficiency in Islamic banks.
- Both Al Baraka and Al Salam Banks of Algeria are considered to have good operational efficiency through their ability to generate profits at low costs through their control of profit efficiency and cost efficiency.
