الملخص
تعتبر هذه الدراسة لب إنشغال الدولة الجزائرية في الوقت الحاضر من خلال عمل الدولة على تركيز مجهوداتها
وإمكانياتها لتحقيق هدف ترقية التصدير خارج المحروقات باتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لفك الإرتباط بالبترول وذلك لعدم
الإستقرار الدائم لأسعاره في الأسواق الدولية وكذلك السير نحو ضرورة الإندماج في الإقتصاد العالمي وبالتالي حتمية
إزالة كل القيود التي تعيق التصدير ومعرفة مدى تطور الإمكانيات التصديرية لدى الجزائر.
Abstract
This study is central to the Algerian state's current concerns, as it focuses its efforts and resources
on promoting non-hydrocarbon exports by taking the necessary measures to reduce dependence on
oil due to the constant instability of its prices in international markets. This also necessitates
integration into the global economy, thus requiring the removal of all obstacles hindering exports
and assessing the development of Algeria's export potential.importance for local development, with
the hope that the relevant authorities will take it into consideration and enhance its contribution.
