    مدى التزام مصلحة الضرائب باليات الحوكمة للرفع من التحصيل الضريبي

    الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على الحوكمة وأثرها من الرفع من التحصيل الضريبي, وقد أجريت الدراسة على مستوى مديرية الضرائب ايليزي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بتوزيع استبيان على عينة الدراسة، حيث تم توزيع 40 استبيان،معتمدين على النتائج المستخرجة من برنامج SPSS لتحليل مختلف المعلومات الشخصية وفقرات الاستبيان للإجابة على الإشكالية والأسئلة الفرعية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تطبيق الحوكمة في مديرية الضرائب له تأثير ايجابي في تحصيل الضرائب، مع وجود ارتباط قوي بين الحوكمة والتحصيل الضريبي. Summary : The goal of this study is to determine governance and how it affects increasing tax revenue. The Ilizi Tax Directorate level was where the study was conducted. In order to accomplish the study's goals, the study sample was given 40 questionnaires, which were distributed based on the information analyzed by the SPSS program to analyze various personal data and paragraphs of the questionnaire to address the problem and sub-questions. The study's findings demonstrated that the Tax Directorate's use of governance has a favorable effect on tax collection, with a significant positive link between governance and tax collection.
