| dc.description.abstract | ملخص: من خلال هذه الدراسة حاولنا معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه الإدارة الإلكترونية التي جاءت نتيجة للتطور التكنولوجي الذي شهده العالم المعاصر لمسايرة التطورات والتغيرات، حيث أن تطبيقها له أثر كبير على أداة المؤسسة من جميع النواحي بما فيها الأداء الوظيفي. من هذا المنطلق هدفت دراستنا لتوضيح دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين في المؤسسة محل البحث، حيث قمنا باستخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات مطبقة على عينة مكونة من 90 فرد من العمال بمختلف رتبهم بصفة عشوائية، واستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي الاحصائي التحليلي حيث اعتمدنا على الأساليب الإحصائية لاختيار الفرضيات. وخلصت الدراسة إلى التزام الإدارة بتطبيق ودعم الإدارة الإلكترونية من خلال نشر ثقافة العمل الإلكتروني وتوضيح مدى وجود دور للإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي. Abstract Through this study, we tried to find out the role of e-management which came as a result of the technological development in the modern world to keep with developments and changes. Its application has a significant impact on the institution's tool in all respects, including functionality. From this point of view, our study aimed to clarify the role of e- management in improving the job performance of employees in the institution in question. We used the questionnaire applied on 90 employees of various levels randomly. As a main tool in data collection. We used also the descriptive statistical analytical approach where we relied on statistical methods for selecting hypotheses. The study concluded that the administration has committed to apply and support e-management by spreading e-work culture and clarifying the extent to which e-management has a role in improving functionality. | |
