| dc.description.abstract | الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على دور التدقيق الداخلي في إدارة المخاطر لدى بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الري فية بإيليزي ، وذلك من خلال إجراء مقابلة مع المشرف للتدقيق الداخلي بالبنك، من أجل معرفة مدى قدرة المدققين الداخلين في تسيير مختلف الأخطار وآليات التنبؤ بها. من بين النتائج المتحصل عليها ،أن عملية إدارة المخاطر تتم خلال التقرير النهائي الذي يوجه للإدارة العليا للمؤسسة ، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن إدارة المخاطر في البنوك تتوقف على قدرة المدقق الداخلي العلمية وخبرته الميدانية لاتخاذ القرارات الصائبة في الوقت المناسب، تحقيق ذلك يتطلب إجراء دورات تدريبية لتطوير المعارف لاسيما الاتجاهات الحديثة في مجال التدقيق وادارة المخاطر. Abstract : The study aimed to determine the role of internal audit in risk management at the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development in Illizi, by conducting an interview with the supervisor of internal audit at the bank, in order to know the extent of the ability of internal auditors in managing various risks and mechanisms for predicting them. Among the results obtained is that the risk management process takes place during the final report that is directed to the institution’s senior management. The study also concluded that risk management in banks depends on the internal auditor’s scientific ability and field experience to make the right decisions at the right time.
