dc.description.abstractالملخص: من خلال دراستنا ل لموضوع الجزاءات المترتبة على مخالفة أعمال الضبط القضائي و الاختصاصات المنوطة بضباط الشرطة القضائية التي تشرف على مراقبتها السلطة القضائية المتمثلة في ادارة وكيل الجمهورية لهذا الجهاز وتحت اشراف النائب العام و رقابة غرفة الاتهام وهذا من أجل حسن سير التحقيق أثناء مرحلة التحريات الأولية من أجل احترام الحقوق و الحريات العامة للأفراد. و كون هذه المرحلة تكتسي أهمية كبيرة في الوصول الى الحقيقة، وفق مبدأ احترام و سلامة الإجراءات التي أقرها المشرع في قانون الاجراءات الجزائية و احترام مبدأ الشرعية الإجرائية وما يوفره هذا المبدأ من ضمانات للأفراد، لأن احترام و حماية الحقوق و الحريات يعتبر مبدأ دستوري و يهدف الى تكريس دولة القانون Abstract: Through our study of the issue of penalties for violating the work of judicial control and the specializations entrusted to the judicial police officers that are supervised by the judicial authority represented by the Department of the Public Prosecution of this apparatus and under its supervision.
