Abstract
ملخص الدراسة:
تعتبر السرقة العلمية من الظواهر السلبية التي انتشرت في المؤسسات التعليمية على نحو ملفت للنظر خاصة عندما بلغت فئة نخبة المجتمع وهي المؤسسات الجامعية، هذه الأخيرة التي تشكل عصب المحيط الإجتماعي والإقتصادي لأنها توفر له مخرجاتها المتمثلة في الأبحاث والدراسات التي تعالج المشاكل التي تعاني منها ناهيك عن توفير اليد العاملة المؤهلة والمتخصصة.
لأجل ذلك كان من الضروري وضع حد لها لحماية الفرد والمجتمع والدولة من آثارها الكارثية والمدمرة، وذلك من خلال الآليات الوقائية والردعية.
Abstract:
Plagiarism or plagiarized work is considered one of the negative phenomena that has spread in educational institutions in a striking manner, especially when it reaches the elite category of society, namely university institutions, the latter of which constitute the backbone of the social and economic environment because it provides it with its outputs represented in research and studies that address the problems it suffers from, not to mention providing qualified and specialized workforce.
For this reason, it was necessary to put an end to it in order to protect the individual, society and state from its disastrous and destructive effects, through preventive and caring mechanisms.
