dc.description.abstractمـخـلـــــــص المـــذكــــــــــرة تناولنا في هذه المذكرة موضوع حقوق المتهم أثناء سير الدعوى العمومية في قانون الإجراءات الجزائية الجزائري، وتم التركيز على الحقوق والضمانات في جميع مراحل المتابعة ابتداء من التحقيق التمهيدي أمام الضبطية القضائية التي تقوم بالتحري والبحث ثم الحقوق التي يتميز بها المتهم أمام وكيل الجمهورية، وبعدها مرحلة التحقيق الابتدائي على مستوى التحقيق، وبعدها تناولنا مجموعة من الحقوق والضمانات للمتهم أثناء المحاكمة وهي أخر مرحلة من مراحل المتابعة لأنها تنتهي بصدور حكم نهائي إما بالبراءة أو الإدانة. ABSTRACT In this memorandum, we discussed the issue of the rights of the accused during the course of the public case in the Algerian Code of Criminal Procedure, and the focus was on the rights and guarantees in all stages of follow-up, starting with the preliminary investigation before the judicial police, which investigates and researches, then the rights that the accused has before the Public Prosecutor, and then the investigation stage. The primary stage is at the investigation level, and then we discussed a set of rights and guarantees for the accused during the trial, which is the last stage of the follow-up because it ends with the issuance of a final ruling, either acquittal or conviction.
