dc.description.abstractملخص: مجلس المنافسة والسلطات الضبط القطاعية يعملان سويًا للحفاظ على المنافسة العادلة في الأسواق الاقتصادية، وضمان توفر الخدمات والمنتجات بأسعار معقولة وجودة عالية، وحماية حقوق المستهلكين وتشجيع الابتكار والكفاءة الاقتصادية، هذا و يعد مجلس المنافسة هيئة تنظيمية تهدف إلى حماية وتعزيز المنافسة في الأسواق الاقتصادية، و يتولى المجلس مهمة فحص ومراقبة التجميعات الاقتصادية والتحقق من عدم وجود انتهاكات لقوانين المنافسة، كما يتمثل دور المجلس في منع السلوك المنافس غير العادل مثل الاتفاقيات الاحتكارية وسيطرة الشركات على السوق وإساءة استخدام القوة السوقية، في حين نجد أن السلطات الضبط القطاعية، فهي هيئات تنظيمية تشرف على القطاعات الاقتصادية المحددة، مثل الطاقة والنقل والاتصالات والمالية وغيرها. تهدف هذه السلطات إلى ضمان توفير خدمات عادلة ومتاحة للجميع في هذه القطاعات، وتنظيم سلوك الشركات المنافسة فيها وحماية حقوق المستهلكين. و يربط كل من مجلس المنافسة والسلطات الضبط القطاعية علاقة وثيقة، حيث تتعاون هذه الهيئات في تبادل المعلومات والخبرات والتنسيق في مجال تطبيق قوانين المنافسة هذا من جهة و من جهة أخرى يتم تبادل المعلومات والبيانات بين المجلس والسلطات الضبط القطاعية للكشف عن أي مخالفات محتملة واتخاذ التدابير اللازمة للحفاظ على المنافسة العادلة. The Competition Council and sectoral regulatory authorities work together to maintain fair competition in the economic markets and ensure the availability of services and products at reasonable prices and high quality, while protecting consumer rights and promoting innovation and economic efficiency, The Competition Council is a regulatory body aimed at protecting and promoting competition in economic markets. The Council is responsible for examining and monitoring economic mergers and verifying the absence of violations of competition laws. Its role lies in preventing unfair competitive behavior such as cartels, market dominance, and abusive use of market power. As for sectoral regulatory authorities, they are regulatory bodies overseeing specific economic sectors such as energy, transportation, telecommunications, finance, and others. These authorities aim to ensure the provision of fair and accessible services to all in these sectors, regulate the behavior of competing companies, and protect consumer rights. There is a close relationship between the Competition Council and sectoral regulatory authorities, where these entities collaborate in exchanging information, expertise, and coordination in the enforcement of competition laws. Information and data are exchanged between the Council and sectoral regulatory authorities to detect potential violations and take necessary measures to maintain fair competition.
