Abstract
الملخص
ان الاثبات الجنائي في الوقت الحالي اصبح يتماشى مع الوسائل العلمية الحديثة لما فيه من تلائم ، لان التطور التكنولوجي السريع الذي شهدته الجريمة لم تعد الوسائل التقليدية تكافئ معها لاتباثه ، لان الجاني حديتا بدا يستغل هدا التطور التكنولوجي في ارتكاب الجريمة لهدا فكان من الضروري استحداث هدا الجهاز الذي يستطيع مواكبة هذا التطور اللاحق في الجريمة والحد منها ، فالشرطة العلمية هي التي تقوم بمجوعة من الاجراءات واستعمال وسائل مشروعة من اجل الحصول على الدليل المادي للكشف عن الحقيقة ، والتعرف عن مرتكب الجريمة.لهدا فان هدا الجهاز العلمي يقدم بخدمة نبيل ومساعدة للجهاز الشرطة القضائية ، فالدليل الذي تقدمه قد يكون ايضا ينفي الادانة او يثبتها ودلك بعد قيا مها بالتحاليل اللازمة على مستوى مخابرها ، وهذا كله يأتي بعد ان تكون الاجراءات المتخدة في مسرح الجريمة لرفع الاثر صحيحة ،لهدا فان رجل الشرطة العلمية يحرص على الحفاظ عليه وتوثيقه لأنه يعتبر مفتاح الوصول الى الحقيقة.
