| dc.description.abstract | الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة أثر الهيكل التنظيمي على كفاءة أداء العمال. ولتحقيق ذلك قمنا بدراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة استشفائية في ولاية ايليزي. حيث تم توزيع 29 استبيان على عمال في المستشفى بولاية ايليزي حيث تم معالجة البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي spss وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود أثر مباشر للهيكل التنظيمي على كفاءة أداء العمال. Résume : Cette étude vise à connaître l'impact de la structure organisationnelle sur l'efficacité de la performance des travailleurs. Pour y parvenir, nous avons mené une étude de terrain dans un établissement hospitalier de l'Etat d'Illizi. Où 29 questionnaires ont été distribués aux travailleurs de l'hôpital de l'État d'Illizi, où les données ont été traitées à l'aide du programme statistique spss. Les résultats de l’étude ont montré un impact direct de la structure organisationnelle sur la performance des travailleurs. Abstract : This study aims to find out the impact of the organizational structure on the efficiency of workers' performance. To achieve this, we conducted a field study in a hospital institution in the state of Illizi. Where 29 questionnaires were distributed to workers in the hospital in the state of Illizi, where the data were processed using the spss statistical program. The results of the study showed a direct impact of the organizational structure on the efficiency of workers performance. | |
