Abstract
تناول موضوع بحثنا المسؤولية الجزائية عن جريمة التهديد عبر الوسائل الإلكترونية، وقد تعرضنا فيه إلى بيان ماهية التهديد وأركان جريمته في ضوء النظام القانوني الجزائري، ثم تعرضت الدراسة لمختلف الجوانب الموضوعية لجريمة التهديد عبر الوسائل الإلكترونية، وفيها استعرضنا لصور التهديد عبر وسائط التكنولوجيا الحديثة كاستخدام الإنترنت أو الهاتف النقال في التهديد، وأخيرا تطرقنا للجوانب الإجرائية لجريمة التهديد عبر الوسائط الإلكترونية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج وتوصيات.
:Abstract
The topic of our research dealt with the criminal liability for the crime of threat through electronic means, in which we were exposed to a statement of what the threat is and the elements of its crime in the light of the Algerian legal system, then the study was exposed to various objective aspects of the crime of threat through electronic means, in which we reviewed the images of the threat through modern technology media such as the use of the internet or mobile phone in the threat, and finally we touched upon the procedural aspects of the crime of threat through electronic media.
The study made several conclusions and recommendations.
