| dc.description.abstract | الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفةمدى أهمية النماذج القيادية وتأثيرها على آداء الموظفين والعاملين، حيث اتضح بعد الاطلاع على مختلف الجوانب النظرية المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة ان للقيادة دور كبيرة في التأثير على الأداء لدى العاملين، وبعد القيام بعملية تحليل البيانات المجمعة من مفردات عينة الدراسة وإجراء مختلف الاختبارات الإحصائية الملائمة بالاعتماد على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعيةSPSS، أظهرت النتائج أن النموذج الأوتوقراطي يطبق بنسبة كبيرةفي المؤسسات الجزائرية بصفة عامة ومديرية مسح الأراضي بشكل أخص في تأثيره على آداء الموظفين. Abstract: This studyaims to indicate the importance of leadership models and their impact on the performance of staff and staff, as itbecameclearafterlookingatvarioustheoretical aspects related to the subject of the study that leadership has a significantrole in influencing performance in employees, and afteranalysing the data collectedfrom the vocabulary of the studysample and conductingvariousappropriatestatistical tests based on the spssstatistical package program, the resultsshowedthat the autocratic model solves a large proportion in Algerian institutions in general and the Directorate of Land Survey in particular in its impact on performance Staff. | |
