| dc.description.abstract | مسؤولية المحامي القانونية تترتب على دوره الحيوي في تقديم الدفاع وتحقيق العدالة. يتعين عليه الالتزام بالقوانين والأخلاقيات المهنية، وتقديم النصح القانوني المناسب للعملاء بما يتماشى مع متطلبات القانون والعدالة. يتحمل المحامي مسؤولية مدنية وجنائية عن أفعاله، مع توفير الرعاية المهنية والتوجيه الصحيح للموكلين. يتطلب هذا الدور التفاعل مع قضايا متنوعة ومعقدة، مع الحفاظ على نزاهته واستقلاليته. تحتاج تشريعات متطورة تنظم هذه المسؤولية بشكل شامل وفعّال، مع إيلاء الاهتمام الكافي لحماية حقوق الأفراد وضمان سير العدالة بكفاءة ونزاهة. Abstract The legal responsibility of the lawyer stems from their vital role in advocating and achieving justice. They must adhere to laws and professional ethics, providing appropriate legal counsel to clients in line with legal requirements and fairness. Lawyers bear civil and criminal liability for their actions, while ensuring professional care and guidance to clients. This role involves engaging with diverse and complex legal issues while maintaining integrity and independence. Comprehensive and effective legislation is needed to regulate this responsibility, prioritizing the protection of individual rights and ensuring the efficient and fair administration of justice. | |
