dc.description.abstractالملخص: تهدف هده الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة ورقة النتائج الشاملة في الكشف عن مخاطر الرقابة الداخلية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وذلك عن طريق الوقوف على مدى تطبيقه، ودرجة الانتفاع منه في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية. ومن خلال التطرق الى إشكالية الدراسة، والتي تتمحور في جانب النظري حول أهم أدوات نظام الرقابة الداخلية، ومخاطر نظام الرقابة الداخلية، أما في الجانب التطبيقي، وبهدف الوصول ما توصلنا إليه نظريا ثم إجراء دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية جانت. وقد خلصنا من خلال هده الدارسة إلى وجود نقص في تطبيق ورقة النتائج الشامة، وبالإضافة إلى الإجابة حول إشكالية الدراسة، حيث توصلنا إلى أن ورقة النتائج الشاملة تساهم في الكشف عن مخاطر الرقابة الداخلية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية اتصالات الجزائر بولاية جانت، وذلك من خلال أسلوبها الخاص الذي ركز على مراقبة كل مصلحة من مصالح مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر جانت والكشف عن مخاطر التي تواجهها، والإبلاغ عنها، واقتراح الحلول المناسبة لها، ومن أجل الحد منها. ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the extent to which the comprehensive results sheet contributes to the detection of internal control risks in economic institutions, by examining the extent of its application and the degree of its use in Algerian economic institutions. And by addressing the problematic of the study, which centered on the theoretical side on the most important tools of the internal control system, and the risks of the internal control system, but on the practical side, with the aim of reaching what we reached theoretically and then conducting a field study in Algeria Telecom in Djanet. Through this study, we concluded that there is a deficiency in the application of the comprehensive results sheet, and in addition to the answer to the problem of the study, where we concluded that the comprehensive results sheet contributes to the detection of internal control risks in the economic institution, Algeria Telecom, in the state of Djanet, through its special method that Focus on monitoring each of the interests of Algeria Telecom Gant, revealing the risks it faces, reporting it, and proposing appropriate solutions for it, in order to reduce it.
