dc.description.abstractالملخص يعد موضوع الجرائم الانتخابية من بين أحد أهم المواضيع بالنسبة للعملية الانتخابية في الجزائر، سواء على المستوى السياسي أو على مستوى القانون الانتخابي لما لهذا الموضوع من تأثير على مصداقية هذه العملية وعليه فقد عدل المشرع الجزائري في القانون رقم 21-01 المؤرخ في 10 مارس لسنة 2021 بتحديد معالم هذه الجريمة بدقة وتعريفها في مختلف مراحل العملية الانتخابية، كما عمل هذا الأخير على تحديد طرق وسبل المعاقبة عليها. Summary The issue of electoral crimes is among one of the most critical issues in relation to the electoral process in Algeria, whether at the political level or electoral law because this issue has an impact on the credibility of this process. accordingly the Algerian legislator pointed the law no.21-01 of march 10.2021 by defining the features of this crime accurately and defining it in various stages of the electoral process .the latter also worked to determine ways and means of punishing it.
