Abstract
الملخص
تقوم المؤسسات الاقتصادية بالمفاضلة بين مصادر مختلفة للتمويل لإختيار الأنسب منها بما يحقق التوازن بين العائد والمخاطر ويكون بأدنى تكلفة، ولن يأتي ذلك إلا بالمعرفة المسبقة لمجموع مصادر التمويل الممكنة وخصائص كل منها.
لذا كانت هذه الدراسة لإبراز أهم النقاط المتعلقة بماهية هيكل رأس المال بداية بمفهومه ووضحنا الفرق بينه وبين الهيكل المالي، كما تطرقنا إلى أهم محددات هيكل رأس المال وهذا مايمكن للمؤسسات من توفير الأموال التي تحتاجها في نشاطها عن طريق مصادر متعددة.
تناولنا في هذا البحث لدراسة حالة مجمع صيدال خلال الفترة 1999/2009 ، ولتحليل أثر هيكل رأس المال على التمويل بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة إعتمدنا على مجموعة من الإختبارات منها التكامل المشترك لجوهانس.

And choose the most suitable ones to achieve a balance between return and risk and be at the lowest cost, and this will only come with prior knowledge of the total possible sources of funding and the characteristics of each of them. It should be noted that it is necessary to estimate the cost of funds from each source in order to reach the total cost of all funds, Including the capital structure, which should be minimal in order to maximize the value of the institution and its profits and the financial structure of the most conducive to improving the financial situation, as it is many words Elements of the financial structure The risk ratio has been reduced and has become a greater opportunity in market share.
