    تتناول المذكرة النظام القانوني للوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الاستثمار، من حيث نشأتها وطبيعتها القانونية وتنظيمها واختصاصاتها. وتهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الوكالة في مرافقة المستثمرين، تبسيط الإجراءات، تحسين مناخ الأعمال، وتشجيع الاستثمار الوطني والأجنبي. وقد اعتمدت على المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي لتحليل النصوص القانونية، خاصة القانون رقم 22-18. وتوصلت إلى أن فعالية الوكالة مرتبطة بحسن تطبيق النصوص القانونية وتجاوز العراقيل الإدارية. Abstract in English This dissertation studies the legal framework of the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency, focusing on its creation, legal nature, organization, and powers. It highlights the Agency’s role in supporting investors, simplifying procedures, improving the business climate, and encouraging national and foreign investment. Using descriptive and analytical methods, the study concludes that the Agency’s effectiveness depends on the proper application of legal texts and the reduction of administrative obstacles.
