Abstract
الملخص :
هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور روافع التغيير في دعم عمليات التغيير في الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الإجتماعية للعمال الأجراء وكالة إيليزي ، حيث تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي ، وتم توزيع إستبانة على عينة من العمال لإختبار صحة الفرضيات حيث بلغ عدد العمال 48 عامل تم إختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية و قد تم الإعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS لتحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها ،وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها تساهم روافع التغيير في دعم عمليات التغيير في الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الإجتماعية للعمال الأجراء وكالة إيليزي ،وجود أثر دو دلالة إحصائية لروافع التغيير بأبعادها على دعم عمليات التغيير بالصندوق وكذا وجود موافقة من عمال الصندوق حول روافع التغيير وعمليات التغيير وأيضا وجود علاقة طردية بين روافع التغيير وعمليات التغيير ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات روافع التغيير وعمليات التغيير تبعا للمتغيرات الشخصية .
Abstract :
The aim of the study was to reveal the role of change levers in supporting change processes at the National Fund for Social Insurance for Workers. A survey was distributed to a sample of workers to test the validity of hypotheses. 48 workers were selected in a random manner and the SPSS statistical program was used to analyze the data obtained. The study found results, the most important of which contribute to supporting change processes in the National Fund for Social Insurance for Working Workers Elysie Agency, the existence of a statistical impact of the levers of change in their dimensions to support change processes in the Fund, as well as the consent of the Fund's workers about the levers of change and change processes, as well as the existence of an exclusive relationship between the levers of change and change processes. There are statistically significant differences in the averages of change levers and processes according to personal variables.
