Abstract
ملخص البحث :
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر التحفيزات الجبائية على الإستثمار بالمناطق الصحراوية في الجزائر ، كون هذا الأخير له دور أساسي في دفع التنمية الإقتصادية بالمنطقة، و إبراز اهم الامتيازات الضريبية التي منحتها الدولة ضمن القوانين و المراسيم المتعلقة بالضريبة.
كما تضمنت هذه الدراسة دراسة حالة القرية السياحية -أسيهار- كنموذج إستثمار سياحي بولاية إيليزي للإسقاط الدراسة النظرية على الجانب التطبيقي للإبراز الإمتيازات التي إستفاد منها المستثمر سواء أثناء مرحلة الإنجاز أو مرحلة الإستغلال.
Summary:
his study aims to determine the impact of tax incentives on investment in the desert regions of Algeria, as the latter plays a crucial role in promoting economic development in the area. It also highlights the tax advantages provided by the state within the laws and decrees related to taxation.
This study included a case study of the tourist village of Asihar in illizi province as a tourism investment model. This allows for the application of the theoretical study to the practical side, showcasing the advantages that the investor benefited from during the construction phase as well as the operational phase.
