Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور التدفقات النقدية في تفسير القيمة السوقية للمؤسسات، من خلال دراسة حالة مجمع صيدال لسنة 2023. وتركز على معرفة مدى قدرة التدفقات النقدية، خاصة التشغيلية، على عكس الأداء المالي الحقيقي، ومدى انعكاس ذلك على سعر السهم في السوق المالية الجزائرية.
اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، إلى جانب منهج دراسة الحالة، حيث تم استخدام أداة تحليل المحتوى لاستخراج البيانات من التقرير السنوي والقوائم المالية للمجمع. كما تم توظيف بعض مؤشرات التدفقات النقدية مثل التدفق التشغيلي والتدفق الحر لتقييم الوضعية المالية.
توصلت الدراسة إلى أن صيدال حققت أرباحا محاسبية، إلا أن التدفقات النقدية التشغيلية كانت سالبة، مما يدل على ضعف جودة الأرباح. كما تبين أن القيمة السوقية لم تعكس هذه الوضعية بشكل واضح، وهو ما يشير إلى ضعف كفاءة السوق المالية الجزائرية
This study aims to analyze the role of cash flows in explaining the market value of firms, through a case study of Saidal Group for the year 2023. It focuses on assessing the ability of cash flows, particularly operating cash flows, to reflect the firm’s true financial performance and their impact on stock price behavior in the Algerian financial market.
The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, along with a case study method. Content analysis is used as the main tool to extract data from the annual report and financial statements of the company. In addition, key cash flow indicators such as operating cash flow and free cash flow are employed to evaluate the firm’s financial position.
The results show that although Saidal achieved accounting profits, its operating cash flows remained negative, indicating low earnings quality. Furthermore, the market value did not clearly reflect this situation, suggesting weak efficiency of the Algerian financial market.
