Abstract
ملخص:
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعريف بالتراث الثقافي التقليدي بالتاسيلي ناجر ومعرفة الآليات القانونية الخاصة بالملكية الفكرية التي وضعتها التشريعات الوطنية والدولية لحمايته، وتبين لنا أن التقدم التكنولوجي الحالي يستلزم مواكبة التحديث مع الحفاظ على الهوية الثقافية والتراث الفكري، إذ تسعى الجهود الدولية إلى حماية التراث اللامادي من خلال الاتفاقيات الدولية، مثل تلك التي وقعتها الجزائر مع منظمات مثل الويبو واليونسكو. وتعتبر التاسيلي ناجر نموذجا للثقافة التقليدية الغنية، وتأمل الجزائر إعداد ملفات لإدراج بعض من مظاهر التاسيلي ضمن التراث غير المادي للإنسانية.
Summary:
This research paper aims to introduce the traditional cultural heritage of Tassili N'Ajjer and to know the legal mechanisms for intellectual property established by national and international legislation to protect it. It shows us that current technological progress requires keeping pace with modernization while preserving cultural identity and intellectual heritage. International efforts seek to protect intangible heritage through international agreements, such as those that Algeria signed with organizations such as WIPO and UNESCO. The Tassili N'Ajjer is considered a model of rich traditional culture, and Algeria hopes to prepare files to include some aspects of the Tassili as part of the intangible heritage of humanity.
