dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دورالابتكار في تنمية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية إيليزي،حيث تستعرض أهمية الابتكار كأداة حيوية لتعزيز القدرة التنافسية لهذه المؤسسات. تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية على 40 مؤسسة، مع استخدام استبيان لجمع البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج SPSS. أظهرت النتائج على وجود علاقةإيجابية متوسطة بين الابتكار وتنمية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، حيث قدر معامل الارتباط بـ 56.7%. كما أكدت الدراسة أن الابتكار في المنتجات والعمليات له تأثير ملحوظ، بينما لم تحقق بعض أبعاد الابتكار دلالة إحصائية. توصي الدراسة بتعزيز الدعم الحكومي وتوفير برامج تدريبية لتحفيز الابتكار في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the role of innovation in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Illizi Province, examining the importance of innovation as a vital tool for enhancing the competitiveness of these enterprises. A field study was conducted on 40 enterprises, using a questionnaire to collect and analyze data using SPSS. The results showed a moderately positive relationship between innovation and SME development, with a correlation coefficient estimated at 56.7%. The study also confirmed that innovation in products and processes has a significant impact, while some dimensions of innovation did not achieve statistical significance. The study recommends strengthening government support and providing training programs to stimulate innovation in SMEs.
