| dc.description.abstract | الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التحليل الإستراتيجي الداخلي في تحسين الأداء التنظيمي في شركات التأمين بولاية إيليزي من وجهة نظر موظفيها، ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم الإعتماد على أداة الإستبيان لجمع البيانات، وشمل عينة قصدية متكونة من35 موظف، كما تم الإستعانة ببرنامج v26 spssلاستخراج النتائج، وبعد تحليل وتفسير النتائج وإختبار الفرضيات، توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه "توجد علاقة إرتباط طردية قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 بين مكونات البيئة الداخلية (الهيكل التنظيمي، الثقافة التنظيمية، الموارد المتاحة) و الأداء التنظيمي" في الشركات محل الدراسة، إضافة إلى أن هناك أثر إيجابي وذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 للتحليل الإستراتيجي الداخلي على الأداء التنظيمي. This sutdy aims to know the impact of internal strategic analysis in improving organization performance in insurance companies in the stste of Illizi from the point of viw of its employees. And in order to achieve this goal, the questionnaire tool was used to collect data, and it included asample of 35 employsse,and the SPSS V26 program was used to extract the results. After analyzing and interpreting the results and and testing the hypotheses, the study concluded that there is a strong direct correlation with statistical significance at the level of 0.01 between the components of the internal environmet, organizational structure, organizational culture, available resources and organizational performance in the companies under study, in addition, there is positive and statistically significant effect of 0.05 the internal strategic analysis on organizational performance. | |
