Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر إدارة المعرفة بأبعادها الأربعة والمتمثلة في توليد المعرفة، توزيع المعرفة، تخزين المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة على الارتجال التنظيمي لدى عينة مكونة من 110 من أعوان الحماية المدنية بولايتي إليزي وجانت ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم توزيع استبانة الدراسة وقد تمت معالجة وتحليلالبيانات بواسطة برنامج SPSSV27وتم اختبار نموذج الدراسة وفرضياته بواسطة نموذج الإنحدار الخطيالمتعدد.
خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: وجود أثر موجب ذو دلالة إحصائية لإدارة المعرفة بأبعادها الأربعة توليد، توزيع، تخزين، تطبيق المعرفة على الارتجال التنظيمي بالمديريتين محل الدراسة .
This study aimed to determine the impact of knowledge management with its four dimensions of knowledge generation, knowledge distribution, knowledge storage, and knowledge application on organizational improvisation among a sample of 110 civil protection officers in the states of Illizi and Djanet. To achieve this goal, the study questionnaire was distributed, the data was processed and analyzed by SPSSV27, and the study model and hypotheses were tested by multiple linear regression model.
The study concluded with several results, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant positive impact of knowledge management with its four dimensions of generating, distributing, storing, and applying knowledge on organizational improvisation in the two directorates under study.
