| dc.description.abstract | الملخص: هدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة مدى مساهمة النظام المحاسبي الإلكتروني في تنظيم العمليات المتعلقة بحسابات العملاء وواقع محاسبة مؤسسات بريد الجزائر في ظل تطبيقه. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تقسيم البحث إلى شقين، فالشق النظري من هذه الدراسة تم التطرق إلى المفاهيم الأساسية المرتبطة بالنظام المحاسبي الإلكتروني، ثم تحديد مختلف العمليات وكيف يعالجها وفق نظام متطور دون بذل أي جهد.أما الشق التطبيقي تمت دراسة حالة مؤسسة بريد الجزائر لولاية إليزي بحيث تم إسقاط كل ما هو نظري،قمنا بشرح العمليات المتعلقة بالعميل وكيف يعمل النظام على ترتيبها وتنظيمها وشرح النظام المعمول به في المؤسسة البريدية ومدى نجاعته. Summary: This research aims to study the extent to which the electronicaccounting system contributes to the organization of operations related to customer accounts and the reality of accounting for Algeria Post institutions in light of its application. To achieve this goal, the research was divided into two parts; the theoretical part of this study was addressed to the basic concepts associated with the electronic accounting system, then identify the various processes and how to address them according to an advanced system without making any effort. As for the practical part, the case of Algeria Post for the wilaya of Illizi was studied, so that everything that is theoretical was dropped, we explained the processes related to the customer and how the system works to arrange and organize them, and explain the system in force in the postal institution and its effectiveness. | |
