| dc.description.abstract | الملخص: تهدف الدراسة لمعرفة الدور الفعال في استخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقييم أداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم عرض الاطار النظري تقييم الأداء مع التركيز على مفهوم الأداء الجامعي، ومختلف أدوات تقييم الاداء التقليدية والحديثة، الجانب التطبيقي على دراسة حالة تقييم أداء المركز الجامعي إيليزي خلال السنة الجامعية 2023-2024، جمعت معلومات التي تخدم هدف الدراسة باستخدام أداة المقابلة المباشرة. تم التوصل إلى أنبطاقة الأداء المتوازن تعطي تقييم أداء شامل لأنها تجمع بين المؤشرات المالية وغير المالية، ويمكن استخدامها في تقييم الأداء على المستوى القصير والمتوسط، كما تم التوصل إلى أن نجاح العملية التقييمية للأداء مرهون بمدى قدرة المؤسسة الجامعية على قياس أكبر عدد من مؤشرات الأداء الكمية والنوعية. Abstract: The studyaims to find out the effective role in the use of the balancedscorecard in evaluating the performance of highereducation institutions, and to achievethis goal, the theoreticalframework of performance evaluationwaspresentedwith a focus on the concept of university performance, and varioustraditional and modern performance evaluationtools, and the case study of evaluating the performance of the University Center Illizi during the academicyear 2023-2024, information wascollectedthat serves the goal of the studyusing the direct interview tool. The studyfoundthat the balancedscorecardgives a comprehensive performance evaluationbecauseit combines financial and non-financialindicators, and canbeused to evaluate performance at the short and medium level, and itwasalsoconcludedthat the success of the performance evaluationprocessdepends on the extent to which the university institution is able to measure the largestnumber of quantitative and qualitative performance indicators. | |
