| dc.description.abstract | الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور التدريب بأبعاده الثلاثة المتمثلة في (الأثر والتعيين، الاحتياجات التدريبية، البرامج التدريبية) في زيادة الكفاءة الإنتاجية للعاملين لدى عينة من عمال شركة الكهرباء والطاقات المتجددة بولاية إليزي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم توزيع استبانةالدراسة على عينة مكونة من 40 عامل وقد تمت معالجته بواسطة برنامج (SPSS V.26) واختبار نموذج الدراسة وفرضياته بواسطة نموذج الانحدار الخطي البسيط، خلصت الدراسة إلىعدة نتائج أهمها وجود أثر موجب ذو دلالة إحصائية لدور التدريب بأبعاده في زيادة الكفاءة الإنتاجية للعاملين بالمؤسسة قيد الدراسة. Abstract This study aimed to define the role of training in its three dimensions represented in (impact and appointment, training needs, training programs) in increasing the productive efficiency of the workers of a sample of the workers of the Electricity and Renewable Energies Company in Illizi State, and to achieve this goal, the study questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 40 workers It was dealt with by the (SPSS V.26) program, and the study model and its hypotheses were tested by the simple linear regression model. The study concluded several results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant positive effect of the role of training in its dimensions in increasing the productive efficiency of the workers of the institution under study. | |
